Prozify Coworking ("Prozify", "we", "us", "our") operates coworking spaces in Jaipur, Rajasthan (C-Scheme and Shyam Nagar) and the website at prozifycoworking.com (the "Site"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit our Site, enquire about our workspaces, or use our facilities, how we use that information, and the choices you have.

By using our Site or booking a workspace with us, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or submit your information to us.

• Information you provide directly — when you fill in our booking form, contact us by phone, email or WhatsApp, or visit our locations in person, we may collect your full name, phone number, email address, preferred location, plan/product of interest, preferred date, and any message or requirements you share with us.
• Membership and visit information — if you become a member or purchase a day, weekly or monthly pass, we may keep basic records of your plan, location, dates of use and payment status for administrative and billing purposes.
• Automatically collected information — like most websites, our hosting provider may log standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited and referring site, used for security and to keep the Site running properly.
• Information from third-party tools — if you reach us via WhatsApp (wa.me) or Google Maps, those platforms may collect information under their own privacy policies, as described in Section 6.

3 How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Respond to booking requests and enquiries, and confirm workspace availability;
• Provide access to our coworking spaces, conference rooms and related services;
• Communicate with you about your booking, membership, or requests via phone, email or WhatsApp;
• Maintain basic administrative and billing records for passes and memberships;
• Improve our Site, services and locations based on aggregate usage patterns;
• Meet legal, tax and regulatory obligations applicable in India.

We do not use your personal information for automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects.

4 Sharing of Information

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. We only share information in limited circumstances:

• Service providers — such as our website host, email provider, or payment/accounting tools, solely to help us operate the Site and our business;
• Legal requirements — if required to comply with a law, regulation, legal process, or a valid government request;

5 Cookies & Website Tools

Our Site currently does not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics scripts. It does load the following external resources to function and display properly:

• Google Fonts — used to display the Inter typeface. Google may log requests (such as IP address) when fonts are loaded, per Google's own privacy policy.
• Google Maps links — our location pages link out to Google Maps for directions; once you click through, your activity on Google Maps is governed by Google's privacy policy.

If we add analytics, advertising pixels, or other cookie-based tools in the future, we will update this section and, where required by law, seek your consent.

6 WhatsApp & Phone Communication

Our Site includes links and buttons that open WhatsApp (operated by Meta/WhatsApp Inc.) so you can message us directly, and phone links to call or text us. Messages and calls made through these channels are subject to WhatsApp's and your mobile carrier's own privacy practices in addition to this policy. We use the phone number and information you share with us over WhatsApp or by phone only to respond to your enquiry or booking.

7 Data Retention

We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this policy — for example, to respond to your enquiry, service your membership, or meet accounting and legal record-keeping requirements under Indian law. When information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete or anonymise it.

We take reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect the information you share with us from unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
